Step 1:
You can decide which type of subscription fits your needs. Browse our subscriptions on the left and pick the one that meets your demands.

Step 2:
There are 8 different price stages: 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (Netz). Our network is divided into nine zones, and your price level depends on which and how many zones you want to travel to.

Step 3:
Do you want to purchase a standard subscriptions or join an “Abo”?

An “Abo” is a yearly subscription that offers savings of up to 16% per year. You get an eTicket that is your subcription for up to five years. Unlike standard subcription payments, your monthly payments come directly from your bank account. You must commit to an “Abo” for one year, and it extends automatically every month until you cancel it. It can only be cancelled or changed after one year.*

Standard tickets are traditional paper subcriptions valid for one month. There is no obligation to purchase a certain number of subcriptions. Standard subcriptions are suitable for customers needing transit for less than a year. Every month, your subcription can be picked-up and paid for at a SWB Service Center; or the subcriptions can be sent by post and paid for by bank transfer.**

*If you cancel your “Abo” within the first year, you are required to pay the balance of the remaining contract. SWB reserves the right to cancel an eTicket at any time without notice. Bank fees resulting from delinquent payments or dissolved bank accounts are the responsibility of the customer.

**Standard subcriptions can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
